At CITYFRAMES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural 3D city model. If your piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the city model in its original protective foam and packaging to ensure the delicate 3D structures remain intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned model to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
